Design Consultation
This is a 60-90 minute home review. I will also give advice and answer design questions during this consultation. After our consult, I will provide you with a written report of my recommendations within 5-7 business days of our meeting.

Design Packages
Full Service Design
This is our most detailed service. We start with detailed measurements of your space and then create design concept boards or renderings for the project. We handle it all from meetings, planning, sourcing products and installation. One Room or whole house, Full Service is charged at a flat rate and varies per scope of project. Does not include labor, furniture and delivery budget.
Living Room Design starting at $3850
Kitchen Design starting at $4550
Bathroom Design starting at $1550
Smaller spaces are based on scope of work.
Designer on Demand
This service is perfect for you if you just need a little direction on how to create the look you have in mind. It can be color consultation, fabric consultation, shopping trip, space planning, whatever your need is.
Starts with a 3 hour consultation to work on your project. More time can be purchased as needed. Charged at an hourly rate for additional time.

Builder's Selection
Let us assist you in choosing the right finishes while you work on your custom home build. We help you avoid overwhelm and keep your project moving along by streamlining the decision making process. Everything from tile, paint color, lighting and beyond. Includes reviewing house plans, onsite meetings and space planning.

Occupied Home Staging
Getting your home in the best visual shape to help you get top dollar for your property. I assist you with updating spaces, moving furniture to flow and function better and neutralize your space to appeal to potential buyers.
Initial Walk Through to give you ideas- $300 for 2 hours.
Hourly Rate- $85 an hour for additional time.
